-FREE SEMINAR-
LIFE AFTER RETIREMENT:
Making the Golden Years Bright
Neighbourhood Services Centre at the Salvation Army Eastwood, 3199 Lauzon Road, is hosting a free, informative workshop on February 19 2009, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
à Retirement doesn’t have to mean sitting at home in your rocking chair. –With careful planning, these years can be the best of your life! -
Pauline Boyle, retired Information Liaison with the Hospice of Windsor & Essex County will be here to discuss the pursuit of dreams no matter what your age.
After retirement, Pauline achieved her goal of living and working in China. She taught conversational English to University students, and immersed herself in Chinese culture. She will explain how she achieved the goal of a middle class Chinese existence, by living solely on her teacher’s salary. She will also discuss how to prepare yourself before making the big step of moving abroad. ß
If you are retired, thinking of retiring, or even just interested in the possibility of living and working abroad, then this is the seminar for you.
PLEASE CALL 519-944-4922 to register.
